As an Executive Assistant, you are a strategic partner and trusted extension of the Brand team. You demonstrate sound judgment, accountability, and discretion in every interaction. Highly organized and proactive, you excel at anticipating needs, solving problems, and managing complex competing priorities in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
You will work directly with a leader in Brand Marketing and partner with a high-performing team of Executive Assistants to provide exceptional support to senior leadership.
Exercise sound independent judgment and accountability in decision-making.
Act as a proactive problem solver, anticipating needs and removing obstacles before they arise.
Navigate team and cross-functional dynamics with professionalism, making sound judgments when pivots or changes are required.
Partner with cross-functional teams to assist in moving forward company-wide initiatives.
Assist leaders with decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
Provide exceptional executive administrative support, including proactive scheduling and calendar management based on business priorities.
Manage inboxes and draft correspondence to ensure timely communication and prioritization.
Organize complex international and domestic travel arrangements, including multi-leg itineraries.
Coordinate complex market visits and develop agendas, meeting minutes, and presentation materials.
Organize and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
Build strong relationships and foster a positive, collaborative attitude across all levels.
Organize onsite/offsite meetings and team-building events, coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors.
Represent the organization with integrity and professionalism at all times.
Experience: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting VP-level or senior leaders.
Technical Skills: Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and current with the latest Office tools.
Scheduling: Years of experience managing an Executive’s schedule end-to-end (pre-reads, agendas, and follow-ups).
Travel: Knack for managing complex international travel with frequent changes.
Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to effectively balance autonomy and collaboration.
Soft Skills: Strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships easily across the organization.
Agility: Flexible and willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays to support a global business.
Mindset: Creative problem solver who acts with urgency and inspires breakthrough thinking.

Salary Range: CAD $82,000 – $102,000 per year.
Additional: Competitive bonus program and benefits (Medical, Dental, etc.).
Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
