The Decoration Services team is responsible for the custom embellishment of Arc’teryx technical outerwear for a range of outdoor professionals and organizations. As Graphics Coordinator, you will ensure that all customer-provided artwork is correctly formatted for production and provide digital mockups showing the correct logo scale, placement, and color on the garment. You will serve as the key point of contact for embellishment artwork and technical knowledge, enabling the efficient delivery of custom products by maintaining consistent turnaround times.
Assess customer-provided artwork for usability in embroidery, heat transfer, and various patch-style applications.
Format graphics files for production and update project folders and customer records accordingly.
Trace and re-create supplied non-vector artwork and generate stock text-based graphics.
Produce digital proofs for customers to review and approve logo scale, color, and placement on garments.
Manage timelines with heat transfer suppliers, embroidery digitizers, and external suppliers to ensure on-time project delivery.
Order heat transfer samples and embroidery files, assessing sample quality to ensure it meets company standards.
Assist the production team with seasonal wash testing of embellishment materials.
Work with PRO account managers to provide support on artwork and technical embellishment questions.
Assist Order Coordinators with order processing tasks as needed.
Maintain and update digital templates and stock artwork archives.
Work with suppliers and external contractors to improve process flows.
Uphold the Fair Labour Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing throughout the supply chain.
Education: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Graphic Design with a relevant portfolio of work.
Experience: Experience preparing graphics for a production environment.
Technical Skills: Expertise with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
Design Eye: Good design judgment with an understanding of the fundamentals of typography, design, and layout.
Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into easily understood terms.
Organization: Exceptional attention to detail; able to manage time effectively and maintain consistent turnaround times.
Mindset: You balance autonomy with collaboration and inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement.
Salary Range: CAD $61,000 – $84,000 per year.
