Sales Operations Coordinator Full Time

cThe Sales Operations Coordinator is at the center of that mission – serving as a key connector between our internal teams, sales reps, and wholesale partners.

This role is all about creating seamless experiences. You’ll help ensure orders flow smoothly from placement to delivery, communicate proactively, solve problems before they escalate, and support the teams that keep our brand moving forward. If you’re detail-driven, solutions-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this role is for you.

This is a full-time, exempt role based out of California. This role will be based at our Carlsbad office, with an expectation of being onsite at least three days per week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Serve as a go-to partner for wholesale accounts, sales reps, and internal teams
• Generate and share open order reports with sales reps
• Proactively manage open orders while maximizing product fulfillment
• Communicate with accounts regarding extensions, substitutions, and pre-ship approvals
• Set up new accounts and maintain accurate customer records
• Support B2B and EDI processes
• Issue returns, markdowns, and manage related documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a solutions-first mindset
• Coordinate sample management, shipping, and tracking
• Support sales meetings and assist leadership with reporting and special projects
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES 

• 2–4 years of experience in sales support, operations, or customer service
• A natural ability to build rapport and communicate clearly
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
• Comfort working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with NetSuite (preferred)
• EDI experience is a plus
