About the Role:
Are you a designer who loves focusing on creativity and design, but also values the stability and support that comes with being part of an iconic brand? What You’ll Do:

Design with Purpose: Concept, design and develop seasonal products that ensure Billabong Women’s and RVCA Women’s identifies and interprets key market trends and executes effective seasonal category strategies, ensuring they align with global creative direction while reflecting regional style and consumer preferences.

Collaborate & Create: Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring designs from concept to production, ensuring alignment with seasonal themes, technical requirements, and brand standards.

Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay on top of emerging trends, bringing fresh ideas and translating them into designs that resonate with local markets.

Ensure Technical Precision: Design prints, graphics, and yardage patterns with technical accuracy, ensuring seamless integration across product categories.
What You Bring:

Experience: 3+ years in fashion design, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to create standout, trend-driven designs.

Creative Vision: A deep understanding of how to design engaging products that align with global direction while reflecting regional preferences.

Collaboration & Execution: You work seamlessly with teams to bring ideas to life, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines while maintaining brand integrity.

Attention to Detail: You bring a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to every design element, ensuring precision and quality in all your work.

Design Tools Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software, with the ability to translate creative ideas into production-ready designs.
