eCommerce Customer Service Assistant Part Time

We’re offering an opportunity for someone with exceptional Customer Service Skills to join our eComm team as Customer Service Assistant in a Casual capacity to support the Customer Service Manager during our busy season.
The successful applicant may have the opportunity to join the team in a full time capacity at a later date.
THE ROLE
- You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service for our direct-to-consumer brands by responding to customer emails, phone calls, live chat and assisting with customer service inquiries across social media channels in a timely manner.
- You’ll sharpen your ecommerce skills on the Shopify platform in performing functions such as processing orders returns, replacements, warranties, stock checks, through our fully integrated IT systems which allow for efficient and accurate data entry.
ABOUT YOU
- This role is ideal for a ‘people person’, but someone who also possesses excellent attention to detail.
- You might have a background in eCommerce, retail, or wholesale customer service.
- Exceptional and demonstrated customer service skills are a must.
- Experience using either, AP21, Zendesk, Loop Returns and Shopify is preferred but not essential.
