As Sales Director, you will lead the external Herschel sales team for Major and Independent accounts. You will be instrumental to success across all wholesale channels in North America, the position requires forecasting, setting sales and profit goals, and driving product initiatives to achieve the fiscal budget. You will report to the SVP of Sales and will interface between Sales, Marketing, Product, Planning, Sales Operations, Visual Merchandising and Finance departments to ensure sales plans are achieved. This role is based at our HQ in Vancouver, Canada.

The annual salary for this role falls within the range of $130,000 – $170,000 CAD + 20% bonus. Please note that this role is based at our HQ in Vancouver, Canada where we have a hybrid model of Monday-Thursday in office.
