The Role

In this role, as the Content Manager – Le’ Bent, you will own the development of our content marketing initiatives across multiple platforms, formats and markets.

You will collaborate with and manage our content creation, inspiring awesome outcomes and delivering best in class media and content solutions via the media and content plans you develop.

Working hard, you also know how to have fun along the way with a love of adventure and passion for outdoor activities such as skiing/snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking and trail running. Snow, sports and the outdoors are our passion, and our whole team aligns to that focus.

This is a Permanent Full-time position based in our HQ at Warriewood, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as brand champion, ensuring communications reflects the brand with global consistency in execution of marketing initiatives across all consumer touch points.
• Translating creative ideas into channel specific media and content recommendations by organising and executing written content, photoshoots, video shoots, graphic design and ambassador/team content that maximises impact with our target consumers.
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop trade marketing collateral.
• Create and manage the digital communications calendar across EDMs, website, paid digital advertising, search and social media.
• Own content strategy and deliverables for athletes & ambassadors.
• E Commerce content management.
• Co-managing the Ecomm assistant.
• Manage paid social channels with digital marketing contractor driving Le Bent brand messaging across social networks.
• Own, develop and implement social media strategies.

What’s in your toolkit?

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related role.
• Experience in the action sports, snow, outdoor, run or bike industries
• Tertiary or other applicable qualification in marketing, digital marketing and /or business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including storytelling, advertising copy, blogs, press releases and representing the company at events.
• Results driven creative with demonstrated ability to deliver results with experience managing end-to-end campaigns, with a global approach, balancing multi-season campaigns & activities in harmony.
• Shopify commerce – a MUST
• Klaviyo / Mailchimp or similar – understanding of email automation highly desirable
• Adobe creative suite (PS, ID, IL)
• Microsoft office suite – advanced Excel
• Facebook Business Manager
• Google Analytics
• Operational tools including Trello, Later & Slack
• Inquisitive approach to your work, ensuring that you stay current and educated on the social media landscape.
• A love of outdoor sports
