The Graphic Designer supports the Creative department across Outerknown, Firewire, and Slater Designs, collaborating closely with the Jr. Graphic Designer and Art Director on a wide range of digital and print projects.
This role ensures all creative output is on-brand, high quality, and delivered on time, supporting marketing, retail, and product initiatives. The position requires flexibility, a proactive mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift across brands and project types.
In-office requirement: 4 days per week.
Design and produce digital assets for email campaigns, social media, website updates, and digital advertising.
Create banners, email templates, and campaign assets.
Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints while contributing creative solutions.
Design print materials including catalogs, POS displays, and promotional assets.
Support seasonal updates to align with product launches and campaigns.
Contribute to T-shirt design and assist with tech pack finalization when needed.
Ensure cohesive branding across digital and print platforms.
Collaborate with the Jr. Graphic Designer, Art Director, and Creative Director to align design output with overall marketing strategy.
Support ideation and creative execution across projects.
Adapt quickly to shifting timelines and priorities.
Maintain organized digital and print asset libraries.
Prepare and deliver final production files to vendors and internal teams.
Partner with Marketing, Product, and eCommerce teams to create cohesive campaign assets.
Support projects from concept through final execution.
3–5 years of graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio spanning digital, print, and motion.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects) and Figma.
Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with high design standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable adapting across different brand styles.
Experience with Asana and Microsoft tools is a plus.
