About the Role
Are you passionate about creating visually stunning retail environments that reflect an iconic surf brand? Join Rip Curl as a Visual Merchandiser and play a key role in bringing our creative vision to life across Rip Curl and Ozmosis stores in Victoria. This role combines creativity, attention to detail, and operational excellence to ensure our stores deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximise sales.
This is a full-time role based in Victoria, requiring regular travel between stores in your region.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure Rip Curl and Ozmosis stores are presented to the highest visual standard, reflecting our brand identity.
- Implement and adapt visual merchandising directives across stores to maximise sales and maintain consistency.
- Set up mannequins, windows, and in-store displays in line with seasonal and promotional guidelines.
- Assist with new store openings, refurbishments, and special projects.
- Provide ongoing VM training and support to store teams.
- Collaborate with Store Managers and cross-functional teams to achieve merchandising objectives.
- Manage signage and point-of-sale materials to ensure timely and accurate execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Visual Merchandising qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in fashion retail visual merchandising.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to briefs and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy and confidence in using VM tools.
- A current driver’s licence and ability to travel between stores.
- An interest in surf culture and lifestyle is a plus!
