Digital Marketing Co-ordinator Full Time

Surf Hardware International is the world’s leading supplier of surfing hardware and accessories featuring brands such as Fin Control Systems (FCS), Softech, Gorilla Grip, Gowings Pacific Trader and Alvey.

We have recently moved our Global HQ to central Coffs Harbour and we are looking for candidates who are based in the Coffs Harbour region who are interested in joining the Marketing and Design team.

About the Role:

Join our marketing and design team as a full-time Digital Marketing Co-ordinator within the surf industry. This on-site position is perfect for someone with a passion for design and content and a knack for creativity and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to our eDM channels for Gowings Pacific Trader (GPT), FCS Softech and Alvey Reels.
• Ensure email content is proofed, onbrand and ready one week in advance of send date.
• Assist with copywriting and segmentation
• Work with different departments and partners of SHI to come up with engaging competitions to drive database growth
• Promote database-driving competitions across our platforms and with an aim to keep CPA as low as possible while acquiring quality subscribers.
• Contribute to the maintenance of on-site content for Gowings online properties including blogs, new products, company news and education.
• Upkeep all websites keeping content fresh with regular updates.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Experience working across Adobe Creative Suite and proficient in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Extensive experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• A detail-oriented approach, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks
