The Director of Global Ecommerce Growth Marketing is responsible for leading Skullcandy’s global growth engine across performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle, affiliate, and influencer channels. This role will own strategies that maximize revenue, drive consumer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven, full-funnel campaigns. Reporting directly to the VP, Global Ecommerce & Growth, this individual will play a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering Skullcandy’s ecommerce vision.
