We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join the Surfline Marketing team. Millions of people around the world depend on Surfline to enrich their experiences in and around the ocean. We provide surfers with 1000+ live cameras, 16-day forecasts, AI-driven insights, and expert analysis, allowing them to make better decisions about where and when to surf. Our marketing team supports this mission by connecting surfers to our product, and driving sustainable growth for the company.
Reporting to our Director of Marketing, the ideal candidate for this opportunity is a highly motivated marketer with experience driving growth for a consumer subscription product. You’ll leverage this expertise to help us acquire new subscribers and reduce churn. You will establish, and execute our overall Growth Marketing strategy, creating exciting campaigns and user journeys. You will also be the accountable party for many of our marketing channels, ensuring we leverage them effectively to deliver on our goals. You are excited to work in a fast-moving environment and are just as comfortable getting in the weeds as you are creating high-level strategy.
Under Surfline’s “Work from Anywhere” policy, this position may be performed on a full-time remote basis from California or a variety of locations in the US.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is: $115,000 – $130,000. In accordance with applicable state laws, the range provided is Surfline’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. In addition, Surfline offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package including 100% company-paid healthcare (medical, dental, and vision), a 401(k) plan and match, ‘Use What You Need’ PTO and more.
