Senior Visual Merchandiser Full Time
Join The North Face as a Senior Visual Merchandiser, where you’ll be responsible for executing and evolving the brand’s in-store presence across key retail environments. From concept to execution, you’ll bring product stories to life, create impactful visual displays, and ensure consistency across all points of sale.
What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end visual merchandising operations, including product receiving, unpacking, and placement
Plan and implement engaging in-store displays that reflect the brand and drive sell-through
Maintain and update store presentations across multiple retail partners through regular store visits
Coordinate promotional materials, signage, and presentation tools, ensuring correct installation and usage
Partner with sales teams and store staff to ensure alignment with visual standards
Liaise with vendors to oversee quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of visual materials
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years’ experience in visual merchandising, preferably in premium/lifestyle or outdoor retail
Strong eye for design, layout, and storytelling at retail
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to problem-solve independently, adapt merchandising approaches, and identify improvement areas
Solid understanding of brand presentation strategy and how to align it with commercial goals
