Position Overview
The Creative and Marketing Operations Manager will lead the execution of marketing and creative workflows at The Snow League. This role ensures that cross-departmental creative initiatives run smoothly and are delivered on time with operational excellence.
This person will work closely with internal teams, as well as external partners and vendors, to manage timelines, assets, approvals, and rollouts.
They will also oversee our creative operations systems and play a key role in organizing and maintaining the league’s growing brand ecosystem. In addition, the role will support the marketing team’s planning, tracking and administrative functions to optimize efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and has a strong understanding of sports marketing and creative production
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end creative and marketing project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery across departments and platforms
- Build and maintain operational systems for creative production, campaign toolkits, and asset tracking
- Act as a liaison between creative, marketing, and cross-departmental teams to align priorities and streamline workflows
- Oversee asset management and brand toolkit organization, including the ongoing development of our creative archive
- Support internal communications around marketing initiatives with clear updates, calendars, and documentation
- Assist with budgeting, resourcing, and vendor coordination for content and marketing projects
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize team efficiency and output
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in creative project management, marketing operations, or production coordination—preferably in sports, entertainment, or media
- Strong understanding of creative processes across digital, social, and brand campaigns
- Proven experience managing timelines, assets, and cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), digital asset management systems and graphic design tools (Figma, Adobe Illustrator)
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities
- A passion for snowboarding, freeskiing, or winter sports is a plus
- Experience working with creatives, marketers, and content producers
Working Conditions
- Travel: Occasional travel to events or shoots may be required
- Physical Requirements: Some light lifting or setup may be necessary during production or onsite events
