Product Developer Full Time

About the Role:

We’re currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Product Developer to join our Head Office Team in Byron. This role is based in Byron Bay.

You will be responsible for supporting our Production & Design teams, collaborating closely with our Designers and Production Manager to work to deadlines and business timelines.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• 2 years of experience in a Product Developer, Garment Technician or similar role (fashion, streetwear or surf wear brand highly desirable)
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organisational skills
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• High Level of attention to detail
• A positive, energetic attitude and true passion for the industry

The role will involve:

• Liaising with suppliers to follow up, gather information & communicate all changes
• Assisting with SMU Product Development
• Measuring and fitting garments
• Assisting to coordinate SMS from end to end
• Following calendars and timelines to meet deadlines
• Administration support
