As the VIC Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets within your assigned territory. Your mission is to maximize opportunities across independent retail partners, ensuring YETI’s footprint expands and revenue grows through premium execution across multiple channels. This role combines relationship management, staff training, merchandising, and customer service with a strong focus on developing new business opportunities.
Working closely with the National Sales Manager, you will execute a robust call cycle and territory plan to deliver exceptional results. You are highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Your ability to prioritize high-impact activities, coupled with a collaborative and hands-on approach, will set you up for success.
