We’re on the hunt for an experienced and creative Senior Apparel and Accessory Designer to join our dynamic design team. You’ll work across Men’s, Women’s, and Youth categories, helping shape collections that reflect and influence international streetwear trends.
The Role
As a Senior Apparel & Accessory Designer, you’ll collaborate with our production team and fellow designers to take concepts through to production-ready collections. Your eye for detail, trend forecasting ability, and knowledge of fabrication and construction will ensure every piece not only looks good—but functions and fits perfectly for our audience.
Key Responsibilities
– Research global trends and subcultures to drive seasonal design direction
– Design full apparel ranges from concept through to final range presentation
– Understand our brands’ DNA, end-consumers, and retail landscape
– Have a firm grasp of technical specifications and fabrics for garments
– Set up print-ready artwork and tech packs in Adobe Illustrator
– Communicate fit and construction feedback throughout the sample process
– Work closely with the production team to meet critical path timelines
What You’ll Bring
✔️ A tertiary qualification in Fashion or Design
✔️ 5+ years’ experience in a similar design role (streetwear preferred)
✔️ Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
✔️ Solid understanding of garment construction, tech packs, and fabrication
✔️ Ability to manage timelines, take initiative, and work collaboratively
✔️ A good work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
✔️ Commercial awareness and understanding of the streetwear/skate customer
