The art part is a gut feel process where we discuss among our team whether we’d personally be excited to work for that brand. If we are, happy days. If not, we’ll let you down gently.
The science part is our curated list of industries we know are exciting for our community of job contenders. This list is updated frequently but, right now, it’s mostly centered around the boardsports, lifestyle, outdoor and creative sectors.
We’re always open to discussion and will explain our reasons why a certain decision has been made. Often, it’s because our job list is bursting and by adding new brands it will detract from the curated experience our community prefers. As new opportunities/industry listings open up, we’ll be sure to get in touch and restart the romance.
