Junior Graphic Designer Full Time

The Role

Atomic FM looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support marketing rollouts across multiple brands. You’ll work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer to produce digital, social, and retail assets that are on-brand, delivered quickly, and built with future reuse in mind.

What you’ll do

• Digital marketing assets: Build EDMs, social posts/stories/reels covers, and web banners (primarily in Photoshop; basic motion where needed).
  
• Retail & print: Prepare print-ready windows, POP, POS, and in-store collateral (correct specs, bleed, colour profiles, and press-ready PDFs).
  
• Light video & animation: Cutdowns, simple motion graphics/typography, GIFs.
  
• E-com imaging: Resize, retouch, background removal, and export workflows for Shopify.
  
• Brand & customer mindset: Consistently align to each brand’s visual language and tone; interpret moodboards and visual inspiration into concrete design choices (palette, type, layout, texture) that serve the target customer
  
• Feedback & iteration: Action clear, timely revisions and maintain open comms on progress/ETA in Asana and Microsoft Teams.
  
• File and workflow management: Keep layers, naming, and folder structures organised for handover and reuse.
  
  

What you’ll bring

• Design experience (internships/freelance okay) in marketing, retail, or fashion/e-commerce.
  
• Strong Photoshop skills; working knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign and Lightroom.
  
• Basic After Effects/Premiere Pro (or equivalent) for simple motion/edits/GIFs.
• Understanding of print production (bleed, trim, colour modes, spot colours) and export settings.
  
• A keen eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, and pixel-perfect detail.
  
• Ability to manage multiple briefs with fast turnarounds and shifting priorities.
  
• Clear communication, a collaborative mindset, and openness to constructive feedback.
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience building EDMs in a major ESP (e.g., Klaviyo/Mailchimp).
  
• Familiarity with Shopify content needs and asset specs.
  
• Interest in streetwear/fashion culture and social-first storytelling.
  
• Basic HTML/CSS for EDM tweaks and simple landing page adjustments; understanding of responsive web layout and component thinking.
