About Us
At Boardriders, we bring designs to life across some of the world’s most loved surf, skate & lifestyle brands. As a Product Developer, you’ll help turn creative concepts into market-ready product, working in a collaborative team based in Burleigh Heads.
What You’ll Do
- Lead product development from design handoff through to bulk production
- Collaborate closely with Designers to deliver brand-aligned product
- Ensure product quality, fit, construction & margin targets are met
- Build strong relationships with suppliers & factories
- Help drive innovation & continuous improvement across categories
Who You Are
- Passionate about great product & turning ideas into reality
- Strong technical understanding of apparel development
- Experienced in working across categories & market segments
- Collaborative, detail-focused & solutions-oriented
- Open to learning & sharing within a creative team environment
