About the Roles
As a Product Developer, you’ll join a highly skilled and collaborative team based in Burleigh Heads, where you’ll manage the technical and production aspects of product development, while collaborating with designers on the creative and aesthetic aspects. You will oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring design concepts are translated into manufacturable products, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
In this dynamic role you’ll act as the primary liaison with supply chain, sourcing, and product teams, ensuring the delivery of our product to the end consumer. It’s a great opportunity for experienced Product Developer to gain experience in a large business with a suite of lifestyle brands.
- Lead the technical development of individual garments and accessories, ensuring designs are manufacturable, of high-quality, and meet production deadlines.
- Work closely with designers to convert creative concepts into production-ready tech packs, ensuring technical accuracy.
- Partner with sourcing teams to align materials, production timelines, and specifications to meet product needs.
- Oversee the production process from sample to bulk, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
- Join a collaborative team of experienced Product Developers, sharing expertise and learning from one another in a supportive environment.
What You Bring
You’re an experienced Product Developer who has a sound knowledge of the fashion and fabric industry with a passion for turning the vision into a production reality. You’ll also have:
- 1-2 years (plus) experience in product development, garment construction, fabric properties, and production processes.
- Technical proficiency in PLM systems, Adobe Creative Cloud, and building on tech pack creation.
- Ability to manage multiple apparel products and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
