Finance Associate Full Time

As Finance Associate, you will play a key role at the heart of our European Finance team. More than just managing numbers, you will be the connector between our customers, sales reps, vendors, and internal teams — ensuring accuracy, clarity, and smooth financial operations across our growing business. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a strong foundation in international finance within a dynamic, consumer-driven company.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will oversee the full cycle of receivables and payables while supporting the month-end close process. You’ll have ownership over day-to-day financial operations while also contributing to the bigger picture — ensuring transparency, compliance, and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Managing and maintaining accurate customer files and financial records.
- Processing invoices and statements (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) with accuracy and timeliness.
- Supporting the sales team with monthly statement overviews and commission reporting.
- Monitoring accounts receivable, preparing weekly AR reports, and applying daily cash receipts.
- Investigating and resolving billing issues, discrepancies, and client inquiries.
- Following up on outstanding accounts and maintaining strong client communication.
- Preparing and submitting manual invoices and ensuring correct entries in ERP systems.
- Coordinating AP: preparing, booking, and initiating vendor payments.
- Managing bank reconciliations and supporting month-end closing activities.
- Overseeing return/credit note registrations and e-commerce refunds in close coordination with Operations & Logistics.
- Setting up new B2B accounts post credit evaluation and ensuring ongoing account maintenance in our ERP system
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional telephone presence.
- High attention to detail and accuracy — you spot discrepancies others might miss.
- Strong organizational and time management skills — able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid Excel and Word skills, with ERP experience a plus.
- Proactive, independent, and reliable — a self-starter who thrives under limited supervision.
