Digital Marketing Specialist Full Time NEW

The role:
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in delivering high-performing digital campaigns that drive traffic, engagement and online sales.
This role coordinates the seamless rollout of promotions across digital channels, supports lifecycle communications, and enhances conversion and customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
This is a maternity leave contract until approximately June 2027, with the possibility for extension.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the execution of the digital promotional calendar across email, website, paid and affiliate channels.
- Lead campaign launches to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
- Coordinate and execute email campaigns (BAU, lifecycle and automated).
- QA digital content to ensure accuracy, brand alignment and performance.
- Support paid media and affiliate performance, identifying growth opportunities.
- Partner with agencies on ad copy, keywords, content and reporting.
- Continuously improve workflows, processes and customer experience.
- Drive organic growth through on-page and off-page SEO initiatives.
- Partner with Buying and PIM teams to optimise product naming and keyword strategy.
- Monitor performance and implement opportunities to strengthen rankings.
- Analyse and report on digital performance across channels.
- Share insights and recommendations to drive traffic, conversion and revenue growth.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of eCommerce/digital experience, preferably direct-to-consumer.
- Experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Emarsys, Klaviyo.
- Intermediate to advance knowledge in Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
- Must have a track record of prioritising and successfully delivering multiple initiatives on-time.
