We’re looking for a passionate Brand & Sales Specialist to lead the next chapter of FK Surf, one of Australia’s most recognised surf accessory brands.
Based at our Burleigh Heads HQ, you’ll take ownership of brand sales, marketing, and growth, driving FK’s presence across wholesale, retail, and digital channels.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll manage key retail accounts, manage agent sales, run brand marketing activity, and help shape future product direction.
You’ll be hands on across everything from campaign execution and range planning to retail relationships and sales reporting. A true hybrid role blending commercial focus with creative energy.
What You’ll Bring
- Great communicator with proven sales or account management experience
- Ability to plan and execute marketing activity across digital and retail channels
- Strong relationship builder and team player with initiative
- Confident in Excel and commercially minded
- Keen surfer or genuine connection to surf and outdoor lifestyle
- Business or Marketing background (degree preferred)
- Based in Burleigh Heads, with flexibility to travel when needed
