We have a fantastic opportunity for an Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Melbourne based Marketing team working with some of Australia’s biggest fashion, skate, street and workwear brands.
Role and responsibilities:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be primarily responsible for the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including but not limited to META, email marketing, social and affiliate marketing.
Role Functions:
- Meta Ads Manager includes the creation and implementation of ROAS and Top of Funnel based campaigns
- Liaise with art departments to brief them with specific Asset/Image requests
- Review and proof all online copy and content before publishing
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Working with the VP Marketing to coordinate external suppliers to improve ecommerce and website performance
- Liaise with the Ecommerce team to ensure alignment with relevant websites
- Review other potential Social Media platforms, and recommend action plans accordingly in line with sales and brand objectives
Candidate Skills:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Tertiary degree or Bachelors’ degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
- Detailed understanding and extensive experience using Facebook Ads Manager
- Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEM, EDM, and affiliate channels.
- Experience developing eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
- NICE to HAVE
- Basic understanding of Web Design, Shopify, UX, customer flow and web analysis.
- SEO experience (hygiene and technical execution)
