B2B & B2C Sales and Service Generalist Full Time

We seek a B2B & B2C Sales and Service Generalist who will be integral in developing a World-Class brand.

Primary Functions:

• Oceanside Retail Store Lead & Key Holder
• Customer Support and Service
• Wholesale Order Fulfillment
• Local Community & Events Manager

The ideal candidate for us would have the following:

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a professional environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across many platforms and channels.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and ERP system experience is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, brings care and thoughtfulness to their work and is highly attentive to details.
• Retail, fulfillment, and warehouse experience are beneficial.
• Self-motivated; willing to roll up sleeves and do everything needed to kick-ass.
• Entrepreneurial spirit; actively seeks change, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Insane references who would hire you back, stat.
• Go-to semi-dirty joke.
• 1 secret handshake.

Additional Details:

• Start Date: May 1^st, 2025
• This is a full-time position.
• Hours and days of the week can vary.
• Available to work weekends.
• Travel may be required.
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift to 50 pounds).
• In-Office/Store position, not remote.
