About the Role:

We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Coordinator to be the connective tissue across our campaign work: the person who keeps timelines tight, assets on track and teams aligned from brief to launch.

This is a role for someone who thrives on coordination and detail — who finds satisfaction in a well-run process and a clean launch. You’ll work at the centre of a global marketing function, partnering with Creative, Product, Sales, Retail and Regional teams to bring campaigns to life.

What you’ll do

• Campaign coordination: Manage timelines, deliverables, and launch readiness across concurrent global campaigns. Maintain project documentation and status reporting in Asana, and coordinate internal reviews and approvals.
• Creative asset coordination: Manage the delivery of assets across campaign channels, support QA for accuracy and brand consistency, and liaise with internal teams and external partners on production timelines.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work across Marketing, Creative, Product, Sales, Retail, and Regional teams to support execution, and keep communication and information-sharing clear across departments.
• Operations & process: Maintain campaign trackers, templates, and workflows; contribute to improving how we work; and support post-campaign reporting and learnings.
• Production support: Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers, support shoot and event logistics alongside our Marketing Production Coordinator, and help track budgets and resource allocation where needed.

What you’ll bring

• Strong project coordination skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Experience managing multiple workstreams to deadline, ideally in marketing, creative or campaign environments
• Confidence working across teams and time zones
• Familiarity with Asana (or similar project tools) and a process-minded approach
• Clear, proactive communication and a calm hand under pressure
• A genuine interest in cycling, design or premium brand culture is a plus
