Onboard Industries is looking for a Production Assistant / Machinist to join our team in Mona Vale. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you!
About the Role:
As a Production Assistant / Machinist, you will play a key role in supporting our production operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with cutting operations.
- Managing blank inventory between containers, warehouses, and factories.
- Delivering shapes between the Glassing Factory and Shaping Factory.
- Assisting the Production Director with daily requirements.
- Batching orders between Onboard Industries and outsourced contractors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a production or machining role (preferred but not essential).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
