Graphic Designer / Marketing Coordinator Part Time

Based in our Brookvale office, and with the potential to work hybrid or remotely for the right candidate, we’re looking for a Junior–Mid Level Graphic Designer / Marketing Coordinator to join the team permanent part time (20 hours per week) and grow with the brand.

The Role

This role is ideal for a developing designer ready to step into a fast-paced, hands-on marketing environment. You’ll work closely with the Regional Marketing Director, Women’s Design / Marketing and the E-Comm team, supporting the delivery of seasonal campaigns and always-on brand activity.

For a junior candidate, this role offers mentorship, exposure, and the chance to build real-world experience. For a mid-level candidate, it provides room to take ownership, influence creative output, and contribute strategically.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the execution of seasonal and annual marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Designing and adapting creative assets for catalogues, e-commerce, trade marketing, and print and digital campaigns.
• Assisting with social media content execution under the direction of the Marketing Director/ team.
• Researching best sellers, market insights, and emerging trends across surf, lifestyle, and fashion.
• Managing content and assets, including file organisation, image uploads, and responding to internal and external requests.
• Liaising with internal teams, athletes, and brand ambassadors to support marketing initiatives.

Additional Exposure

• Assisting with the coordination of events, including Go-To-Market meetings.
• Supporting seasonal photoshoots and content creation initiatives.

About You

Junior Level:

• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or relevant creative field.
• Strong foundation in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• A keen eye for design and a willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Organised, reliable, and enthusiastic about surf and lifestyle culture.

Mid-Level:

• Industry experience in graphic design or marketing preferred, but not essential.
• Confident working across multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and an understanding of brand consistency.
• Able to manage deadlines and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

For Both:

• Comfortable working on Apple systems.
• Confident using Excel and Word.
• Strong interest in surf, lifestyle, and fashion.
• Photography or digital film knowledge is a bonus.
