The Junior Graphic Designer supports the creative department across a wide range of digital and print design projects. This role helps create assets for email campaigns, social media, digital ads, print materials, and seasonal updates — ensuring everything stays on-brand and on time.
You’ll work across marketing, retail, and product initiatives. Flexibility and a proactive mindset are key, as project needs can shift quickly.
This role requires 3 days per week in-office.
Assist in creating digital assets for email campaigns, social media, website updates, and digital ads
Maintain brand consistency across digital channels
Support banner design, content creation, and email templates
Help design catalogues, POS displays, promotional material, and print collateral
Assist with seasonal updates and ensure alignment with product/marketing
Contribute to T-shirt design and help finalize tech packs for production
Ensure consistent branding across digital and print projects
Collaborate with senior designers to align all assets with the broader creative direction
Assist in ideation and creative execution as new design needs arise
Adapt to changing timelines and priorities to deliver projects smoothly
Help maintain and organise the design library for digital and print assets
Prepare and deliver final files to production teams and vendors
Work closely with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams
Support brainstorming and execution of cohesive visual content across platforms
1–2 years’ experience in graphic design with a portfolio showing both print and digital work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.)
Solid grasp of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand standards
Effective communicator and team collaborator
Motivated, proactive, and open to learning
Capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
Quality & Timeliness: Delivers high-quality work on schedule
Brand Consistency: Maintains alignment with brand guidelines across all assets
Creative Contribution: Supports and enhances design direction across campaigns
Collaboration: Positive team feedback on project involvement and execution
