This is a chance to help lead the next chapter of Rhythm’s men’s offering and shape collections that reflect both cultural relevance and lasting design.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and development of Rhythm’s seasonal men’s collections — from concept through to final sample
• Conduct trend, cultural, and market research that informs seasonal direction and aligns with the Rhythm ethos
• Build detailed tech packs and work closely with our production team and global suppliers to ensure quality, fit, and timely delivery
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Present collections internally and contribute to global line planning, product storytelling, and go-to-market execution
• Champion innovation and authenticity within design and production, while supporting the brand’s long-term creative direction

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in men’s fashion/apparel design
• A strong understanding of fit, fabric, garment construction, and the end-to-end design process
• A sharp eye for detail, colour, and emerging trends within surf, street, and lifestyle markets
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and strong organisational skills for managing design workflows.
• Experience collaborating with offshore suppliers and a working knowledge of production timelines
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for building thoughtful, wearable collections
• A genuine appreciation for the coastal lifestyle — and a desire to design clothing that complements it
