We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Paid Media Manager to join our team at our Burleigh Heads head office (Gold Coast). As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on digital marketer who can take ownership of our performance channels, manage strategy and execution, and ultimately help shape the future of our digital presence.
Reporting to Senior Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising paid media campaigns across key digital platforms. You’ll work closely with our internal marketing and creative teams to bring campaigns to life and drive return on ad spend. This role suits someone who is highly analytical, creative, and performance-driven — with the potential to grow into a more senior leadership role in the future.
