About the role…
The role is an Assistant Product Manager: Women’s Apparel position and is a permanent, full-time position located at our global office in Torquay. It reports into our Head of Women’s Apparel. The key focus of the role is to manage the range development process, ensure quality products are delivered on time and work closely with the design, development, supply chain, retail, sales & marketing teams to achieve divisional budgets.
Core responsibilities will include:
- Manage Global PLM system
- Support Head of Product & Product Managers to make sure we achieve the divisional critical path
- Collaborate and work cross functionally with all areas of the business.
- Be a Regional Product Expert in your product division.
- Support Head of Product and Global Product Manager in analysing and reporting monthly on regional sales, profit, margin and inventory for all channels, presenting findings and opportunities.
- Compile regional analysis for half year reviews including learns from all sales channels and the competition and identify opportunities for the region.
- Support Product Managers with all regional range review documents and ensure final approval by Product Managers and Heads of Product on all KPI’s (sales, profit, margin, style count, purchasing models, inventory targets)
- Preparation of all go to Market sales materials in partnership with Product Managers, Regional Sales Manager, Regional Marketing Manager.
- Support Marketing and Design to ensure all Photoshoots are completed to the highest of integrity for E-commerce and Wholesale Catalogue.
- Support and create training material for all channels alongside Head of Product and marketing
- Support Head of Product and Product Managers in the presentation of all ranges to our Retail Flagship and Wholesale Sales force during sales seminars to ensure our sales force are equipped with all the key product information they require.
- Drive creativity and innovation and support sustainability with market research, sourcing team partnerships, consultants, KMD brands and ESG team.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, don’t be afraid to challenge the status quo, take risks, innovate, and learn from failures.
