Our digital channel plays a critical role in how we connect with surfers and customers around the world — and we’re looking for a Digital Trading & Product Insights Lead to help us trade smarter, convert better, and make confident, data‑led commercial decisions across our global ecommerce platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of data, trading, performance and experience. You’ll be the go‑to insight partner for our Trading and Performance teams, providing clear analysis that helps optimise revenue, product visibility and conversion across all markets. You’ll also work closely with UX and Delivery teams to ensure customer insight shapes both the site experience and the digital product roadmap.
