As our Graphic Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the graphic, art, and garment direction of the brand. You’ll work directly with Julian and the Brand Manager to bring fresh, creative, and strategic ideas to life.
From designing seasonal collections alongside the product team, to supporting the sales and marketing departments with visual assets, your artistic output will be instrumental in helping to bring the Rivvia Projects vision to life via products and campaigns that connect with our growing community of passionate and loyal fans and customers.

Research and Market Analysis:
Stay connected with market demands and trends with the surf and street culture.
Provide seasonal colour pallet and emerging trend reports.
Collaborate
Work from a clearly defined seasonal mood board and in collaboration with both the Global Brand Manager and our internal product team.
Concept Design:
Working from a design brief to execute on the Rivvia Project brand vision.
Develop graphic package and execute modifications throughout the approval process.
Technical Design
Create detailed technical specifications and design packs, Pantone references and graphic placements.
Collaborate with the product team and suppliers to ensure the accurate execution of designs throughout the sampling and manufacturing process.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the global product team including brand management team, product managers and external agencies to ensure a cohesive brand direction across all collections.
Collaborate with cross-function teams including sales and marketing to support collection launches, campaigns, and retail initiatives.
