XTM Performance is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function as we enter an exciting phase of growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving brand awareness, product launches, digital growth, e-commerce performance and wholesale support across Australia, New Zealand and international markets.

Working closely with our executive team, you will lead a talented internal team and external partners to deliver marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and contribute directly to business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead XTM’s marketing strategy and execution.
• Drive seasonal campaigns and product launches.
• Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Oversee content, social media, digital marketing activity and e-commerce performance.
• Drive growth in online sales, customer acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Support key wholesale and retail partners.
• Track performance and improve marketing ROI.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven marketing leadership experience.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
• Digital marketing expertise.
• Experience managing or supporting e-commerce growth initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder and team management skills.
• Experience in retail, consumer products, outdoor or sporting brands is highly regarded.
