Accounts Payable Coordinator Full Time
Position Purpose
As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you’ll support the North American AP department by processing invoices, managing vendor setups, and assisting in month-end accruals and reconciliations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate and timely payments, becoming a go-to resource for AP processes and systems. This is a detail-focused role with clear growth opportunities for someone looking to advance in accounting at Zumiez.
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices and handle vendor setups with precision and timeliness
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
Support monthly accruals and reconciliations
Maintain organized records and hit deadlines consistently
Develop deep knowledge of accounting systems, cost centers, and Zumiez tools
Contribute to a high-functioning, feedback-driven team environment
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in accounting or AP roles
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred
Familiarity with General Ledger systems and AP processing
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, growth-minded approach
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
