The role

As the eCommerce Coordinator with City Beach, you’ll support the delivery, maintenance, and optimisation of our website and app across domestic and international markets. Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll help drive customer engagement and boost conversion through campaign setup, product uploads, categorisation, merchandising, and troubleshooting.

What you will be doing:

• Execute and optimise approved site activities, including promotions, content updates, and campaigns, across the website, global platforms, and app.
• Ensure timely, accurate implementation of campaigns and enhancements, backed by thorough testing and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Support site and app optimisation through improvements in navigation, merchandising, and content to drive engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate on the ongoing development of the City Beach app, offering recommendations aligned with digital best practices and marketing goals.
• Perform regular testing and maintenance; checking for broken links, reviewing content accuracy, and ensuring proper use of digital assets.
• Working with the CRM & Lifecycle Lead. You will be responsible for creating, testing, and executing email campaigns across BAU, lifecycle, automated and Ad Hoc workflows.
• Assist in editing and preparing digital assets for web and app use.
• Share key eCommerce metrics and performance insights with internal teams to inform strategy and decision-making.
  

What you will bring:

• 1+ years experience in a similar eCommerce/digital role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or digital principles preferred but not essential.
• Hands on experience with content management systems e.g. Salesforce or Shopify preferred but not essential.
• Experience with email marketing automation tools e.g. Emarsys (preferred), Mail Chimp, Klaviyo etc.
• Keen interest in retail ecommerce and enthusiastic, approachable, self-motivated and able to think outside the box.
• Ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment, work autonomously as well as in a team.
