Sign inFORMER is seeking a highly analytical and commercially disciplined Sales & Planning Coordinator to support and strengthen our ANZ business from our Burleigh Heads headquarters.
This multifaceted role supports sales performance across both wholesale and eCommerce channels through data analysis, forecasting support, inventory coordination, and sales operations. Working closely with the National Sales Team, Brand, Merchandising, and Operations, you’ll help drive commercial visibility, operational alignment, and disciplined execution across the business.
Success in this role requires balancing brand vision with commercial objectives, ensuring planning accuracy and financial performance support the long-term positioning of the brand.
The Sales & Planning Coordinator is responsible for data acquisition, performance analysis, forecasting support, inventory coordination, and structured sales operations across the ANZ market.
You will contribute to the planning cadence that underpins national revenue targets, providing visibility across demand forecasting, sell-through performance, stock commitments, and replenishment opportunities.
This role acts as a key coordination point between Sales, Merchandising, Operations, and retail partners, ensuring decisions are informed by clear data and that trading processes run smoothly.
Consolidate wholesale and eCommerce sales data across ANZ channels
Secure and analyse sell-through data from retail partners
Build weekly and seasonal reporting dashboards
Identify product, account, and channel performance trends
Deliver clear commercial insights to support trading decisions
Support seasonal demand forecasting with Sales and Merch teams
Translate historical performance and market signals into planning insights
Monitor forecast accuracy and flag risks or variances
Assist with range planning through data-backed analysis
Support inventory planning across wholesale and eCommerce channels
Align stock allocation with sales targets and channel strategies
Assist with replenishment planning and stock flow management
Provide account analysis and reporting for the National Sales Team
Track orders, delivery timelines, and order book status
Liaise with wholesale partners on orders, replenishment, and performance
Maintain strong communication between retail accounts and internal teams
Support seasonal planning milestones including forecasting deadlines and order cut-offs
Maintain alignment across Sales, Merchandising, and Operations calendars
Ensure consistent workflows and reporting standards throughout the trading cycle
2–5+ years experience in sales operations, merchandise planning, or commercial analysis within apparel or action sports
Advanced Excel capability; ERP or B2B platform experience preferred
Exposure to forecasting and inventory planning processes
Understanding of wholesale and eCommerce trading dynamics
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Commercially minded with the ability to balance brand vision and financial performance
Highly organised and process-driven
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability
Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally
