Global Allocator Full Time

Job Summary:

The Allocator is responsible for managing the flow of inventory from global distribution centers to stores/web channels to ensure optimal productivity. This role partners closely with Merchandising, Operations, Logistics, and Demand Planning to execute allocation strategies that support business goals and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage automated replenishment systems and make manual adjustments when needed
• Allocate seasonal initial buys from regional bulks to ensure by location by sku efficiency
• Allocate replenishment product to stores and web channels based on sales trends, store capacity, and regional performance
• Monitor stock levels and ensure appropriate product mix across stores
• Manage rebalance of inventory back to warehouse to ensure optimal store capacity
• Analyze sales, inventory, and sell-through data to identify trends and opportunities
• Provide weekly reporting on store performance, product availability, and inventory health
• Partner with Merchandisers to understand assortment strategy, launch plans, and VM needs
• Communicate allocation decisions and inventory updates to cross-functional teams, track to OTB
• Work with Tech team to fine tune replenishment model and key metrics to align with updated business strategy
• Coordinate with Distribution and Logistics teams to resolve inventory or shipment issues
• Work with Ecom & Retail Operations ensure timely delivery of allocations
• Forecast prebook and replenishment units by region, ensuring a 85% accuracy rate for 3PL capacity planning
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests related to product performance and inventory management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in retail allocation, planning, or inventory management (fashion/apparel preferred)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• A passion for streetwear fashion and an understanding of the target audience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Gsheet and familiar with ERP or allocation systems
• 42Tech, Autone, Full Circle, Shopify, and Google Analytics knowledge a plus
• Required in LA office daily
• $90-$110K Salary range
