About the Role
As the e-Commerce Project & Operations Manager, you’ll run the day-to-day engine behind our global eComm sites—managing everything from site functionality, fulfillment flow, and third-party vendor performance to digital roadmap execution and customer experience improvements. You’ll also lead cross-functional project management, ensuring on-time delivery of key initiatives that drive performance, innovation, and operational excellence.
This is a hybrid role with a 3–4 day in-office expectation (subject to change based on business needs).
eCommerce Operations & Vendor Management
Manage daily global site operations, QA, inventory accuracy, and customer experience.
Coordinate fulfillment, 3PL, CX, and logistics to ensure smooth order delivery and SLA compliance.
Lead backend process optimization (returns, exchanges, fraud, etc.) and platform integrations.
Manage vendor/agency relationships, ensuring ROI and operational efficiency.
Digital Roadmap & Project Management
Own the digital capability roadmap, partnering cross-functionally to plan and execute projects.
Translate business needs into project plans with clear timelines and KPIs.
Identify tech gaps and propose scalable solutions to improve site performance.
Programs & Platform Ownership
Manage brand programs like Pro-Form and Pre-Owned Resell.
Own setup, daily ops, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement of these initiatives.
Promotions & Sales Planning
Build and manage seasonal promo calendars in alignment with marketing and merchandising.
Execute campaigns, discount setup, QA, and performance reporting.
Reporting & Optimization
Develop dashboards and deliver insights on traffic, conversion, margin, AOV, etc.
Identify and implement improvements to tools, workflows, and digital operations.
3–5 years experience in eComm ops, digital project management, or digital merchandising (apparel/lifestyle industry preferred).
Shopify expert, with strong knowledge of third-party app ecosystems and integrations.
Deep attention to detail with a customer-first mindset.
Strong communicator and collaborator across departments and vendor teams.
Analytical thinker with hands-on experience in tools like Shopify reports and Google Analytics.
Comfortable working with agencies and external contractors.
