Directly reporting to the founders and as a member of the Steering Committee, you create a disruptive, credible and engaging brand experience through product, content, communication and digital / e-commerce.
Lead the E-commerce, Brand Content, Activation and Product strategies to deliver the company’s 2028 roadmap.
Lead a team of 25 people in total including several hierarchical levels, with 4 direct managers each leading a team. Lead, coach and inspire the team through various meetings and cohesion formats.
Track KPIs, performance and progress across all team scopes to ensure:
E-commerce growth, monitoring the KPIs of the following issues: E-merchandising, local/international specificities and performance, purchasing strategy, creation of SMUs, commercial animation, SEO.
A coherent, readable content strategy that is faithful to the brand’s DNA and brandbook, monitoring the KPIs of the following areas/issues: graphics, web design, team (athletes) management, studio and outdoor shoots, copywriting, updating the brand book, choice of service providers.
A disruptive, responsible, impactful and engaging brand communication strategy, readable and faithful to the brand’s DNA and brandbook, monitoring the KPIs of the following poles/issues: PR, digital acquisition, campaigns, Events, Social Media, collabs.
A disruptive, responsible and efficient product strategy, monitoring the KPIs of the following poles/issues: creation of Bags & Accessories, Outdoor Lifestyle, Surf, Outerwear, Hike collection plans, market and trend insights, control of the number of products, margin.
You have a Bac +5 from a business school or IAE specializing in Marketing, digital marketing / E com. You have 10 years of experience, ideally in the outdoor sector and at least the clothing sector (notions of collections with the product team).
You have additional expertise in strategy for participation in the steering committee and in finance for maintaining budgets.
Measure, analyze and manage the strategy
Measure and analyze the overall performance of the activity: define and monitor KPIs based in particular on Analytics tools (Google, YouTube, Facebook), set up dashboards and monitor activity (monthly reporting on e-commerce, half-yearly reporting).
Communicate in English (both orally and in writing) and deliver oral presentations to a large audience
Master the Office suite, Sales Force, web analysis tools
Have expertise in digital & omnichannel marketing
Rigor / analytical and synthesis skills
Adaptability / flexibility / flexibility in the way of working
Writing and interpersonal skills
Solid experience in team management / Being an inspiring leader / having a vision
Strong environmental convictions / ecological sensitivity
Mastery of community codes
Working hours: 37 hours from Monday to Friday
Remuneration: between 70 and 80k€ gross per year depending on experience
Executive status, member of the COPIL
Place of work: Annecy with regular trips to headquarters, in Cébazat (63) and occasional trips to subsidiaries (US / Germany / UK, etc.)
