Sales Director, National Accounts Full Time NEW

About the Role:

We are seeking a National Sales Director to lead and manage our sales strategy for Walmart, Target and Best Buy. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening retail partnerships, and developing strategic initiatives to maximize sales performance. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of consumer electronics sales, strong relationships with key retail buyers, and a track record of success in high-volume retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth at Walmart, Target and Best Buy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail buyers and decision-makers.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placement to maximize brand visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, and supply chain) to ensure successful product launches and in-store/online execution.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to make data-driven decisions.
• Manage retail forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment strategies.
• Identify new opportunities for revenue growth within the Walmart and Best Buy ecosystems (e.g., online marketplaces, third-party vendors, private label opportunities).
• Work closely with marketing to align brand initiatives with retailer-specific promotional calendars.
• Monitor competitive landscape and provide insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
• Represent the company at key industry trade shows and retailer meetings.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the consumer electronics industry.
• Proven track record of managing major retail accounts, preferably Walmart, Target and Best Buy.
• Strong understanding of big-box retail operations, merchandising, and category management.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with retail partners and attend industry events.
