Marketing Manager Full Time NEW

About the Role

Pass~Port is looking for a creative, organised and hands-on Marketing Manager to join its Sydney-based team, working across both Pass~Port and Pass~Port Store & Gallery.

This role is suited to someone with a strong visual eye, an understanding of the Pass~Port brand and a genuine connection to the skateboarding, fashion and independent creative communities surrounding it.

You’ll be responsible for managing marketing channels, developing and executing campaigns, and overseeing creative content across digital, social and retail touchpoints.

From planning photoshoots and managing social media to email marketing, paid advertising and campaign rollouts, you’ll work across both the creative and commercial sides of the business.

You’ll lead projects from initial concept and creative direction through to styling, casting, content production and the execution of integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns.

This is a full-time, Sydney-based position working between the Inner West studio and Darlinghurst store.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Pass~Port and Pass~Port Store & Gallery.
• Lead campaigns from creative direction, styling and casting through to strategy and execution.
• Develop integrated marketing rollouts across digital, social and retail channels.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, content production and marketing activities for core product ranges and special projects.
• Ensure marketing activity maintains a consistent visual identity and reflects the Pass~Port brand.

Creative Production & Content

• Plan and manage photoshoots for core product ranges and special projects.
• Coordinate creative production, including photography, styling and casting.
• Create web and social assets for Pass~Port and select brands.
• Produce and manage creative assets including product photography, retouching, video, animation and other media.
• Maintain a strong visual standard across all creative content and marketing communications.

Social Media & Community Management

• Plan and schedule social media content for core product ranges and special projects.
• Manage social media accounts across both Pass~Port and Pass~Port Store & Gallery.
• Oversee feed posts, Instagram Stories, community engagement and direct messages.
• Lead live social content coverage at events, including gallery openings, product launches and sales.
• Continually refine and grow the brands’ social presence through strong content, community engagement and audience growth.

Email & Digital Marketing

• Create and manage EDM campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Manage paid digital marketing campaigns through Meta.
• Develop paid social creative and manage audience segmentation and budget allocation.
• Coordinate digital marketing activity to support product launches, campaigns and retail initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work collaboratively across creative, retail, ecommerce and warehouse teams.
• Coordinate marketing activities to support product launches, retail operations and special projects.
• Manage multiple creative and marketing priorities while maintaining deadlines and brand consistency.

Skills & Experience

• Strong visual eye and understanding of the Pass~Port brand aesthetic.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo.
• Experience managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
• Understanding of Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaigns.
• Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams and Dropbox.
• Photography, camera operation and editing experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Comfortable collaborating across creative, retail, ecommerce and warehouse teams.
• An understanding of Pass~Port, skateboarding, streetwear, fashion, art and independent creative culture is highly regarded.

Location & Employment

This is a full-time position (5 days per week) based in Sydney, working between the Pass~Port Inner West studio and Darlinghurst store.
