YouTube Content Manager – Red Bull Surfing & Skateboarding

Are you obsessed with YouTube, know what makes content click, and want to drive the creative vision behind two of the most influential action sports channels in the world? Red Bull is hiring a YouTube Content Manager to lead strategy, format development, and production for Red Bull Surfing and Red Bull Skateboarding.
What You’ll Do
Develop authentic, high-performing YouTube formats that engage core, casual, and new audiences
Oversee content production from concept to upload — script, shoot, edit, and optimize for retention and growth
Lead creative teams, hire production partners, and ensure content aligns with brand goals
Collaborate with channel managers and Red Bull’s global network to analyze performance and share learnings
Track trends, identify standout ideas, and evolve our content strategy accordingly
What You’ll Bring
3+ years in YouTube content production, with a proven track record of driving channel growth
Deep understanding of platform best practices (thumbnails, titles, retention tactics, etc.)
Full production experience — cameras, formats, creative workflows
Strong project management and communication skills
Existing industry network and ability to work cross-functionally
Passion for surf/skate culture is a big plus
💶 Minimum base salary: €2,303/month (actual offer based on experience)
