We are looking for a highly organised and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the day-to-day execution of Rhythm’s marketing activities.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will help coordinate social media, content creation, ambassador relationships, and campaign execution across multiple regions. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where content opportunities can arise at any moment.
• Coordinate and schedule content across Rhythm’s social media platforms.
• Assist with content planning and monthly marketing calendars.
• Monitor community engagement and support audience interaction.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure content aligns with brand and commercial objectives.
• Coordinate outreach to ambassadors, creators, athletes, and community partners.
• Manage content briefs, product seeding, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators aligned to the Rhythm brand.
• Organise and catalogue incoming content for future marketing use.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content during photoshoots, events, and brand activations.
• Create simple photo and video content for social media and digital channels using iPhone and camera equipment.
• Assist with editing and preparing content for social and marketing campaigns.
• Identify and react to content opportunities as they arise across the business.
• Capture and deliver authentic social-first, behind-the-scenes, and UGC-style content on short timelines.
• Assist with monthly product launches and go-to-market activities.
• Support campaign planning, asset coordination, and marketing administration.
• Help maintain content libraries and marketing resources.
• Assist with reporting and general marketing projects as required.
• Support the planning and execution of photoshoots.
• Assist with talent coordination, product preparation, and shoot logistics.
• Capture supplementary content during campaign productions.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Organised with excellent communication and project management skills.
• Comfortable creating photo and video content using both iPhone and camera equipment.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of content.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to changing priorities.
• Has an eye for identifying content opportunities and turning ideas into content quickly.
• Passion for surfing, lifestyle, fashion, or creative culture.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute across multiple areas of marketing.
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or agency environments.
• Experience working with creators, ambassadors, or influencer programs.
• Familiarity with Meta, Shopify, Monday.com, or similar marketing platforms.
• Photography and content creation experience.
• Work within a creative and collaborative team.
